I remember back when I was in high school when my parents had the LA Fitness Gym subscription. I would have these phases where I was like I have to try this class and that one and too that one too. I used to try the hip-hop classes because I can’t dance. I would go to the cycling class because my father went. I would try the yoga class so I can get some inner strength and calm my mind.
Point is I think I am always going through these phases of trying out classes and workout routines. This past week I went to the library and picked up this yoga CD that had morning, afternoon, and nighttime routines. I went ahead and tried it out with Stefan one morning straight out of bed and this is what it looked like:
